Not a replacement. Just someone extra in his corner. Sometimes they just need someone who isn't mum or dad — a trusted big brother figure who shows up every day.

Any boy aged 9–19 who has more to give — whatever his situation looks like.
Not sure if it's right for your son? That's exactly what the discovery call is for.
Book a Free Discovery Call →What's included
This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. It's a complete support system for your son — and for you.
A full hour, one-on-one with your son and his dedicated STW mentor. Same person, same time, every single week. No rushing, no agenda — just a real conversation that goes wherever he needs it to go.
Life doesn't only happen during business hours. Your son's mentor is contactable 24/7 for anything that comes up between sessions. Whether he needs to talk at 11pm on a Tuesday or something comes up on a weekend — someone is always there.
Every week, without fail, you'll receive a text from your son's mentor with a brief update. Every two weeks you'll have a dedicated check-in call with the team. This is your space to share what you're noticing at home, and stay connected to the process. We work with you — not just your son.
What parents say
Real parents. Real results. Read what they have to say about what The Clubhouse did for their son.
“Worth every cent. I was sceptical at first. This was the right call. He actually looks forward to his sessions every single week.”
“The discovery call alone was reassuring. I felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely understood teenage boys — not just selling me something.”
Your son is waiting
You've read enough. The call is free. If it's not the right fit, you walk away — no hard feelings, no obligation.
The problem
Most teenage boys won't open up to their parents — not because they don't love them, but because they need someone outside the family. Someone they respect and can relate to.
You ask how he's going and get one-word answers. You know something's wrong but he won't let you in.
No direction, no drive, no clear sense of who he is or where he's headed.
He's not in crisis — he just needs support. Clinical psychology feels expensive and like he'd never go willingly.
“I just wanted someone my son would actually talk to. Someone he could look up to and be honest with — without it feeling like a doctor’s appointment.”
— Parent of a 15-year-old menteeWhat they get
Every weekly session moves the needle on both sides. Here's what parents and sons tell us they notice most.
No judgment, no agenda — just an honest conversation with someone he trusts and can relate to.
Goals, follow-through, someone checking in. Week by week he builds discipline and self-belief that sticks.
He figures out who he is and how to carry himself — in sport, school, friendships, and his future.
Anxiety, pressure, loneliness — addressed honestly, not clinically. He learns to name what he's feeling and work through it.
Conflict, resilience, discipline, relationships. The stuff that shapes the man he becomes.
Same mentor, same time, every week. For most teenage boys that consistency is rare — and it becomes something he looks forward to.
Someone trusted is in your son's corner every single week — when you can't reach him, his mentor can.
When he has an outlet, he comes home lighter. Parents consistently tell us the dinner table changes first.
A brief check-in on general themes and how he's tracking — without breaking his trust or confidentiality.
Online, weekly, locked in. No driving, no scheduling back-and-forth, no waiting rooms.
Not clinical. Not a course. A real relationship — the thing teenage boys actually respond to.
Stay because it's working — not because you're locked in. Cancel with notice any time.
More from parents
“My son went from barely leaving his room to having goals, showing up to things, and actually smiling again. I can't put a price on that.”
“As a single dad I was out of my depth. Having someone my son could talk to openly has made the whole house feel different.”
“I was worried it would feel forced but he genuinely loves it. He told me it's the one thing in the week he actually looks forward to.”
