Our Story
STARTED WITH
HONESTY.
STW wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built because one person knew what it felt like to be surrounded by people and still feel completely alone.

The Founder
A TEENAGE MENTOR WHO REFUSED TO STAY QUIET.
The founder of STW Social is a teenage mental health mentor who has spent years sitting with young people in their darkest moments — and walking them back to themselves.
He built STW because he saw the same thing over and over: people struggling in silence because they didn't have a place to go. No community. No safe space. No way in.
So he built one. Not a therapy service. Not a gym. A movement. A club where showing up — in whatever state you're in — is enough.
"I just wanted to create the thing I needed and didn't have. Turns out, a lot of people needed it too."
WHY MENTAL HEALTH?
1 in 3 men experience mental health problems. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45. These aren't just statistics — they're people we know. People who didn't feel like they could talk.
STW exists to change that culture. Not by lecturing. By creating spaces where vulnerability is normal and connection is the default. Where coming to a 6am run isn't just exercise — it's choosing yourself.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Mental Health First
We normalise talking about how you actually feel. No performance. No pretending. Just honesty.
Real Community
Not followers. Not fans. People who actually show up for each other — at 6am runs and hard conversations alike.
Purpose Through Movement
Whether it's a sunrise session or a walk, movement is our medicine. It changes your brain, not just your body.
Men's Mental Health
Men are told to push through. We say feel it, talk about it, and grow through it. STW is a safe space for that.

SHOWING UP IS THE WIN.
Whatever you're carrying right now — you don't have to carry it alone.
